MATERIAL RECIPE

Hook	Tiemco 200R Size 10
Thread	Orange 6/0
Tail	Elk Hair
Abdomen	Bright Green Antron
Body Hackle	Brown Saddle
Rib	Gold Wire
Wing	Elk Hair
Thorax Hackle	Grizzly Saddle


Step 1. Attach thread 3 hook eyes length behind the eye and wrap back to the bend of the hook.	Step 2. Stack a clump of elk hair and tie in a hook gap length of tail at the bend of the hook	Step 3. Tie in gold wire at the bend of the hook.


Step 4. Tie on brown saddle hackle at the bend of the hook	Step 5. Tie on yarn at the bend of the hook.	Step 6. Wrap yarn to ¾ point. (leave 3 hook eye distance behind the eye)


Step 7. Palmer hackle thru the yarn (do not wrap too close). Tie off and trim excess hackle.	Step 8. Wrap wire rib forward between the wraps of hackle. Tie off and trim excess wire.	Step 9. Stack a clump of elk hair. Measure wing length to the middle of the tail. Tie on in front of yarn.


Step 10. Tie on grizzly saddle hackle at the base of the hair wing. Palmer hackle forward and whip finish	Optional-If desired a contrasting color dubbing may be applied for a thorax before wrapping hackle.	Finished Stimulator
